【摘要】:Thispracticecanbeusedtoextractcarbides,borides,TCPandGCPphases,whichcanthenbequalitativelyorquantitativelyanalyzedbyX-raydiffractionormicroanalysis.2Carefulcontrolofparametersisnecessaryforreproduciblequantitativeresults.Withinagivenlaboratory,suchresultscanbeobtainedroutinely;however,cautionmustbeexercisedwhencomparingquantitativeresultsfromdifferentlaboratories.3Comparablequalitativeresultscanbeobtainedroutinelyamongdifferentlaboratoriesusingthisprocedure.31.1Thispracticecoversaprocedurefortheisolationofcarbides,borides,TCP(topologicallyclose-packed),andGCP(geometricallyclose-packed)phases(Note0)innickelandnickel-ironbasegammaprimestrengthenedalloys.Contaminationoftheextractedresiduebycoarsematrix(gamma)orgammaprimeparticles,orboth,reflectstheconditionofthealloyratherthanthetechniquesmentionedinthisprocedure.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(See3.3.2.1and4.1.1.)Note1Ni3Ti(etaphase)hasbeenfoundtobesolubleintheelectrolyteforsomealloys.
