【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61163describesparticularmethodstoapplyandoptimizereliabilitystressscreeningprocessesforlotsofrepairablehardwareassemblies,incaseswheretheassemblieshaveanunacceptablylowreliabilityintheearlyfailureperiod,andwhenothermethods,suchasreliabilitygrowthprogrammesandqualitycontroltechniques,arenotapplicable.Thereasonsforusingreliabilitystressscreeningmaybetimeconstraintsand/ortheverynatureofthedeficienciesthatthereliabilitystressscreeningisdesignedtocatch.Theprocessesapplytoanystageofaseriesproductionofrepairableassemblies(seeFigure3).Themethodsforsettingupaprocesscanbeusedduringproductionplanning,duringpilot-production,aswellasduringwell-establishedrunningproduction.Aprerequisitefortheapplicationofthemethodsisthatacertainlevelofflawsremainingintheoutgoingassemblycanbespecified.Theprocessesdescribedaregeneralprocessesforreliabilitystressscreeningincaseswherenospecificprocessisdescribedinaproductstandard.TheyarealsointendedforusebyIECcommitteesinconnectionwithpreparationofproductstandards.Areliabilitystressscreeningprocesscanformpartofanoverallreliabilityprogramme(seeIEC60300-2).
